The Garlic Press has been in business since 1999 and has been owned by Executive Chef Joshua Washburn since 2005. Our goal is to bring the best in eclectic dining, fresh seafood, hand cut premium steaks, over-the-top desserts, and the most extensive wine selection of any restaurant in Midland.

Executive Chef and Owner, Joshua, with the assistance of Sous Chef Jonathan Gomez and Pastry Chef Gerenda Washburn, oversee the bustling kitchen and special events.
