At The Garlic Press we specialize in custom catered events large and small, with an emphasis on high quality cuisine and service.

We are often asked "what can you do for "X" dollars?" or "we would like "X", how much would that cost?"

While a catering budget for your event is often the best place for us to start, we have assembled a "framework" of catering levels to help assist you in beginning the process of contracting a catered event.

We are not limited to the following catering dynamics or menus but provide them as an example of the scale and breadth of our abilities.

Catering Menu Levels:

Following are some typical menu dynamics for Garlic Press Caterings. We would be happy to customize menus and service to suit your needs.

 

Heavy Hors D'oeuvres: 7 Cold savory items and 2 sweet or combination there of, totaling 9 items; approx. $17 per person.

Hot Hors D'oeuvres Buffet Combo (a little more Substantial with some hot appetizer items): 8 savory 2 sweet; approx. $22 per person

Meal Buffet: 2-3 entree items, 1 veg, 1 starch, salad, bread, 2 desserts; approx. $32-$65 per person

The price estimates are for a minimum of 25 guests inclusive of food and labor for delivery and set-up. Service staff is extra and service- ware (plastic ware or plate and silverware rental) are additional as well.
